Lincoln Park was created in an area that was once a neighborhood before the flood of 1997. There is a playground, horseshoe pits, community room/warming house, sledding hill, dog park, ice skating rink, frisbee golf course, picnic shelters for rental, bench seating in various areas, and landscape areas. The Greenway Bike Path runs through the park and there is a boat ramp to the Red River.

Like most of our parks and areas, this one is used in the winter, not only for sledding and ice skating, but the Lions Club uses it to put on a drive-through Holiday light display to raise money for their club.
